Beach Glass by Stacy, Tomorrow at the Long Beach Market

    September 6, 2016

Stacy Russo, an avid LI Greenmarket-goer and dedicated BYOB LB community supporter will be at the Wednesday Market at Kennedy Plaza selling her handcrafted Beach Glass jewelry, with 25% of all her Sales proceeds being donated to the Bring Your Own Bag Long Beach organization.

The BYOB LB organization works hard at bringing awareness to residents the dangerous effects and pollution created with the single use of plastic bags. They encourage everyone to Bring Their Own Bags to grocery stores, to Farmers' Markets, and in other shopping transit. They offer information sharing on their Facebook page, through public film screenings, and offering opportunities for information sharing at Market spaces and local businesses.

Stacy's Beach Glass jewelry is made from the glass found on the local shores here in Long Beach. They are naturally tumbled and placed on beautiful, adjustable leather cords. They make wonderful gifts and represent the beauty of the South Shore. Be sure to visit Stacy next to the Market Manager's Tent on Wednesday, 9am-2pm.
