1 pint of Strawberries from Sujecki Farms, rinsed and quartered
1/2 cup of raw sugar
2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp fresh lemon zest
1 cup Ronnybrook Heavy Cream from Hudson Valley Traders
4 Butterscotch Hand-crafted Sweet Scones
1 cup Heavy cream
1 Tbs Confectioners sugar
1tsp vanilla extract

Carefully quarter each berry and place in a large mixing bowl.
Whip your heavy cream, vanilla extract, and confectionary sugar, then slice open the Almond Scone, spoon on berry filling, and top with Whipped cream!
